In a few months time the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre will be transformed into a hip and unique purpose built precinct.
The multi-million dollar makeover will ‘echo the street art and culture of famous Melbourne laneways like Degraves, inspired by the trend of rejuvenation of eclectic urban laneways and the hip aspirational beat of intimate cafes, bars and specialty stores.’
This renewal project will see a revitalisation of the restaurant area, including installing rustic wood features, sweeping new garden beds and the water fountain will be transformed into a stylish food and beverage kiosk.
Chevron Renaissance is walking distance from The Shore Holiday Apartments in Surfers Paradise. The centre currently houses a Coles Supermarket, Attractions such as Infinity and Super Duck Adventure Tours, fashion outlets, health and beauty services including an Endota Spa, and cafes and restaurants, with a brand new Max Brenner.
