New windows for better views!

From late February to April 2010 the stairwell windows at the rear of the building are to be replaced. There may be some occasions when noise may be heard within the building.

Our rates have been adjusted to take this into consideration.

We see many people lined up at the seashore as the sun comes up, cameras at the ready.The days have been superb lately,with temps about 20c daytime & somewhat cooler at night.

(There’s someone in the apartment at present - I’ll pop some photos up when it becomes vacant.)
