Where are you located?

We’re right on the Esplanade in Surfers Paradise.  Across the road from the beach - there are no buildings in front of us.  Here’s the Google Map.

How much to stay?

This varies depending on the season - our Rates & Availability are up-to-the-second and displayed on our home page.

How come you’re so much cheaper than other resorts?

Glad you think so!

We figure it’s better to be full with happy guests who are getting a great deal and telling all their friends, than almost empty with a couple of people telling their friends they didn’t get a great deal.

Makes sense to us………..but other resorts don’t seem to think the same way!

What’s the catch?

There is no catch.  We’re a terrific resort at a great price.

All of our apartments are 1 bedroom.

Your apartment very comfortably sleeps:

• 3 guests (Queen size bed and a fold out sofa bed), or
• 2 guests with 2 kids on the sofa bed.

The photos and video on this site are a good representation of the quality you’ll receive.
