Terms and Conditions For Your Holiday Accomodation
Surfers Paradise accomodation at The Shore.
For Bookings up to a value of AU$500 we require a deposit of $100. For Bookings over AU$500 we require a deposit of $200.
The deposit is to be received within two weeks of the booking being made. The balance is due upon arrival. Mastercard, Bankcard and Visa are accepted. All prices include GST. Cheques are not accepted for payment upon arrival.
Minimum Stays
Typically, we insist on a minimum 3 night stay. During peak times (such as Christmas, Easter and Indy), we insist on a minimum 5 night stay.
Extra Guests
Quoted rates on this website are for 2 people sharing an apartment. Apartments can sleep extra on a sofa bed. Cost is just $25 per extra Adult per night, or for 2 children sharing a sofa bed.
Late Arrivals
If you are arriving after 5pm Monday to Friday or after Noon on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, our After Hours Service will be available for you to gain entry into The Shore Apartments. Full details are displayed on our front door.
Cancellation Policy
Low Season - No Fee if cancelled 8 days or more prior to check in, otherwise 2 nights cancellation fee is payable. No refund if a “No Show”.
Mid Season - No Fee if cancelled 14 days or more prior to check in, otherwise 3 nights cancellation fee is payable. No refund if a “No Show”.
High Season - No Fee if cancelled 21 days or more prior to check in, otherwise no refund.
